Store pick up, local delivery & domestic shipping options available at checkout. We do not ship internationally.

All orders are processed and shipped from our Highland Park, CA location by our small team within 4-5 business days of purchase. Shipping delays are out of our control.

Carla’s Fresh Market is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

Shipping Policy

Our Nice x Carla’s Coffee Blend is roasted fresh in small batches — usually on alternating weekends.

Orders placed by Friday at 12 p.m. PST will be included in that weekend’s roast cycle and shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday.

If you place your order after Friday, it will roll over to the next roast weekend (for example, roasted and shipped the week of the 20th, 27th, and so on).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Buy two or more bags for free shipping.

Returns

Because our Nice x Carla’s Coffee Blend is roasted fresh to order, all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once coffee has shipped.
