If you receive a damaged item, please email: office@carlasfreshmarket.com within 2 days of receiving your order and include a photograph of the damaged item. If a damaged item is accepted, we will exchange it for the original item purchased. In the event the original item is not available for an exchange, you will receive an item at or above the original value.
