Store pick up, local delivery & domestic shipping options available at checkout. We do not ship internationally.

All orders are processed and shipped from our Highland Park, CA location by our small team within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping delays are out of our control.

Carla’s Fresh Market is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

If you receive a damaged item, please email: office@carlasfreshmarket.com within 2 days of receiving your order and include a photograph of the damaged item. If a damaged item is accepted, we will exchange it for the original item purchased. In the event the original item is not available for an exchange, you will receive an item at or above the original value.

All other sales are final.
